1. Will Berlitz retroactively pay for training at the end of the probationary period?
2. How do they explain health insurance?
3. Do all employees get two consecutive days off?
4. Are schedules bunched up in the day or staggered with 6 or 7 hours of dead time in the middle?
5. What are the contracts like? Are they renewable?
6. Does your trainer explain the consequences of the disrequest system to you before you start working?
7. Does your trainer explain that the 5 minute break is unpaid, yet you will be required to do work then?
8. While recruits go through training, does the trainer explain there is a union?
9. Is there a yearly bonus?
10. Exactly how much is the yearly salary raise, and how much does it depend on performance?
